The Learning Management Specialist plans, organizes, and develops training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific training needs. Conducts /facilitates training programs. Works with management and SME to ensure course materials are current and relevant to training needs. Analyzes learning needs, plans and coordinates skill assessments and training. Tracks and analyzes training programs using satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance. Provides instruction and guidance to trainers. May include the design of computer-based training programs. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
