The ideal candidate will have experience leading Insights projects; helping to develop and deploy the strategy, tactics and processes to discover target areas to help create operational and creative plans to drive profitable growth; and cultivating metrics to gauge success of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Through research, analysis of the marketplace, consumer behaviors and agent insights, this will help discover target market segments and the products/services that will attract and retain customers. Working directly with the rest of the Marketing team, this individual will help ensure Insights and Marketing strategic plans align and support the company’s goals. This individual will collaborate with other business units, and be charged with creating reports and dashboards that relay critical measures, metrics, and insights to leaders throughout the organization.
