Selective Insurance is searching for the right person to provide strategic HR consultation to its NJ regional operations, planning and demonstrating the value of human capital management in support of the business strategy to achieve superior business results. The HR Manager will engage and influence business leaders by providing valuable input to align the human capital plan with business objectives. This role will also develop and implement action plans which will strengthen business segment competitive advantage, as well as communicate and educate managers and employees on HR policies, programs, and initiatives supporting the company’s business strategies.
