Utilizing claims handling knowledge and experience this position will be responsible for the project management of various claims learning programs. This will include planning, organizing, developing and delivering training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific claims training needs. The Sr.Claims Learning Specialist (SCLS) will perform needs analysis to identify learning gaps and opportunities, and will work with claims leadership and subject matter experts (SME) to ensure course materials are current and relevant to training needs. The SCLS will be responsible for tracking and analyzing learning programs using satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance. The SCLS will also be responsible for designing and delivering computer-based training programs. SCLS will act as a mentor and provide guidance to CLS members and trainers. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
