Supervises staff’s activities and may coordinate activities with other departments. Organizes workflow and implements processes and/or changes to ensure unit is productive and in compliance with any internal and/or external regulations. Monitors, audits, and analyzes unit operations to ensure that service standards meet company standards. Responsible for day-to-day insurance processing operations. May manage and coordinate office services including equipment and vendor management. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

College degree preferred
5+ years processing support (typically rating, customer service, policy service, etc.) experience preferred. 1+ year’s supervisory experience.
