Contributes to the Personal Lines Service Center’s profit, growth, retention, service, quality assurance goals and marketing initiatives through acceptance, modification or declination as well as pricing of risks submitted by agents and through servicing existing policyholders. Conducts multi-state and multi-line exception underwriting to accept, modify, decline, cancel or non-renew personal lines exposures within authority level. Underwrite personal lines on an agency level and manage personal lines results on a per agency basis by evaluating and monitoring agency financials (policy counts, written premiums, loss ratios, large losses, etc.), quality of business, submission and cancellation trends, etc. Develops, implements, and monitors profitability improvement plans for under-performing agencies as needed. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as meet our service and quality level standards.
This is a part time position. This person will work M-F: 3pm - 7pm and Saturdays from 8:30am to 5pm.
