Are you a strategic, creative, problem-solving, safety management leader? Selective Insurance is looking for a passionate, experienced safety management leader to initiate and drive initiatives across our multi-regional, multi-billion dollar P & C organization. Our VP - Director of Safety Management is charged with creating, initiating, and implementing various Safety Management (SM) initiatives that ensure the we provide the most effective risk assessment and loss reduction services possible, including value added policyholder services, in an omni-channel format. They will also work closely with the Regional Safety Ops Managers to ensure alignment throughout Safety Management.
Develop and implement and modify appropriate safety management ordering guidelines for new and renewal accounts, providing maximum appropriate risk selection support as well as loss reduction services. Utilize service plans and other appropriate techniques where appropriate to aid in further loss reduction and retention of accounts.
Car travel represents approximately 25% of time
Must have valid state-issued driver’s license in good standing.
