    Come join our team! We have an exciting opportunity to be an Insurance Processor with our company. This role provides support pertaining to entering and validating policy data and insurance-related documents into applicable computer systems. This position will be part of a large team and is required to work with team members to ensure service levels are maintained. Contributes to team’s success based on individual performance in a high productivity, metric-driven environment. Performs general clerical duties such as scanning, answering phones, and assisting in other support functions.    All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

    • Timely and efficient entry of insurance policies and other transactions into applicable computer systems.
    • Electronic filing of insurance-related documents into applicable computer system.
    • Utilize PC and applicable operating systems to enter and verify data necessary to complete transactions. Search, update, assign, interpret, select and/or code items to be entered or extracted from a database.
    • Implements all processes and procedure changes set forth by the department manager to ensure production standards are met.
    • Contributes to team projects and may be assigned individual/special projects.
    • May assist in identifying and communicating system issues impacting production.  May also participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements/modifications.
    • Performs general clerical duties such as scanning, answering phones, assisting in other support functions or related departments.



    • Insurance experience preferred, however not required.
    • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
    • Great attention to detail.
    • Works well in a team environment.
    • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • 3+ years of filing, data entry, word processing and / or typing.
    • One or more years of related experience and/or training.
    • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
